The Penina golf courses are less than 5 minutes drive from Villa Phoenix and Villa Citrus.

The Penina Championship course is considered the late Sir Henry Cotton's masterpiece. It was one of the first, if not the first, course in the Algarve - dating from 1966 - but has been updated regularly and is still considered one of the best. Adjacent the champinonship course are the two nine hole courses - the Penina Resort and the Penina Academy - all less than five minutes drive away.

Villa Phoenix sleeps 8+ and Villa Citrus sleeps 8+, so we can cater for golf parties of anything up to 18 people.

Within 10 to 20 minutes drive of the villas are the Alto course (Portimao), the Palmares course (Lagos) and the Morgado course (towards Monchique). The Gramacho, Pinta and Vale de Milho courses are all within 25 minutes drive of the villas. Many of the other courses, from the 30 or more in the algarve, are little over 30 minutes drive from the villas.
