From Faro Airport:

1. Exit the airport and follow the signs to Faro.

2. Approximately 3Km from the airport follow the signs for Lisbon/Portimao on the A22.

3. Approximately 12Km, keep right and keep following the signs for Lisbon/Portimao again on the A22.

4. At Albufeira, keep on the A22 and follow the signs for Portimao.

5. Turn off at junction 4 which is signposted M531-1 to Alvor. 

6. At the first roundabout turn first right which is signposted N125 to Figuira.

7. After 2 BP petrol stations opposite each other, 

8. turn first right, at new roundabout, signposted to Alcalar    

9. and after a short while through the narrow bridge.

10. At the white square tower with the street light turn right and set the mileage clock.

11. Pass under the aqueduct and then the A22 motorway.

12. After 1.2 Km, turn right into the gravel drive of the Villa Phoenix.

    OR after 1.6km, turn right into the gravel drive of the Villa Citrus.  

     

    From Lisbon airport:

     

    Follow the signs for Faro/Albufeira on the IP1.

    At Albufeira join the A22 signposted to Portimao and follow the directions from point 5 above.
